This is the central place for all AdvancingBud support. Bands and crew can reach us via tickets and (later) live chat. Operators can log into the Support Console to reply, assign and manage conversations.
For now this is a simple contact form that will become a fully ticketed flow. Please include as much context as possible (band, tour, show, page, browser).
We’re rolling this out in phases. First we add internal tickets and a Support Console for operators. Then we’ll light up the livechat widget inside the Backoffice, Portal and landing site.
Every support request becomes a ticket linked (when possible) to your band, tour and show. Operators can assign, reply and leave internal notes.
Operators log into the console, see unassigned tickets and active chats, and pick up conversations from a clean, AdvancingBud-style dashboard.
A single chat bubble will appear on key pages. When operators are online it’s real-time chat; otherwise it creates a ticket automatically.
